With years passing we need to set some standards for our business in order to keep things running smoothly and ensure we can provide the best service for you!

Cancellations

Like many other businesses we please ask that you give use a reasonable amount of time if you need to cancel your job. Please do not wait until we show up at your door and cancel upon arrival. We are aware some lawns may dry up through summer months and may not need cutting on the same frequency. If you are a client that receives ongoing lawn services and would prefer that we use our own judgement just let us know and we will store that information on file into a cut "as needed" category.

Late Payments

If you receive one of our ongoing services such as lawn cutting we please ask that you keep up with paying our monthly invoices in a timely manner. We understand things may get forgotten or people may be away on vacation and that's okay as we will send friendly reminders and have no late fees. We please ask that you do not abuse this, consistently overdue and piled up invoices along with ignored invoice reminders will likely result in termination of services. We stay up to date with all of our expenses associated with the business and we expect the same from our clients.

 

Yard Accessibility & Cleanliness

On the day of your service we please ask you to have your gate unlocked and your yard accessible. If you own a dog please ensure you clean up any dog waste left on the lawn or areas we may be working in. If you receive our scheduled lawn services please do your best to have the lawn free of any random objects left on the lawn that may interfere with our work, if you have a fixed lawn item such as a trampoline we are usually aware of this and consider it part of our job to move it and mow underneath. We understand that things may get forgotten from time to time and have service card reminders regarding days of service & dog waste pick up. Failure to pick up dog waste in preparation to your service may result in an additional fee & complete disregard will end up in termination of service.

Top Dressing & Seed Touch-ups

We use ample amounts of seed and materials needed to fix and repair lawns and often spend an entire month prioritizing this service during a relatively small window of ideal weather conditions. We lose out on other business by prioritizing this task which happens to be a two part job (us completing the work & you following watering instructions). Often we are expected to come out at our own expense and continually add more seed for jobs that failed to follow watering procedures. Seed is expensive and our time is valuable and this can quickly turn our service into one that is not worth providing. We please ask that you refer to our helpful tips page regarding watering procedures, failure to follow these watering instructions will end up with poor results, no results, or long dragged out germination time. Call outs for touch-ups will be billed out at an additional cost so please do your best to put in your part of the work! We know that lawn repair is a much needed these days and we would prefer to be there for you when you need our help.
